US Shipments: Orders with shipping weight up to 13 oz can be shipped USPS First Class Mail/delivery confirmation with an expected delivery of 2 - 5 days.
Orders with shipping weight over 13 oz can be shipped Priority Mail/delivery confirmation with an expected delivery of 1 - 3 days.
Overnight shipping is available. Overnight shipping is offered via USPS Express Mail and can be selected as a shipping option at checkout.

In the event that International Shipping Charges are miscalculated by the website's shipping estimator, Memorys By Design reserves the right to require payment of additional shipping charges before shipment or issue a refund in full amount paid, less PayPal charges.
Memorys By Design offers Priority Mail and Express Mail International Services. Packages weighing less than 4 pounds may be eligible for First Class International Shipping only if insured at the expense of the customer. All shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice and paid by the customer before shipment.
Returns: Returns are accepted within seven days of the delivery confirmation date for unwanted or wrong items shipped by Memorys By Design. Items must be returned in unopened saleable condition.
Return authorization is required for all returns. Returns without prior notification and a proper return authorization will be refused.
Refunds for unwanted items will be issued, less credit card and shipping charges.
Refunds for the wrong items being shipped by Memorys By Design as verified by invoice or original order receipt qualify for a refund in the full amount, exchange in full amount or store credit in the full amount including shipping charges.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier under these circumstances.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances, unless Memorys By Design ships you an item that was not ordered as verified by your order receipt.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of the refund for wrong items ordered or unwanted items.
