What is the Loyal Customer Rewards Program?
What do you get for your rewards points? More savings! For every 100 Loyal Customer Rewards Point you earn, current customers will get an extra 5% off their next order, without any minimum purchase requirement.
Earning Rewards Points:
- Rewards points are earned on each order placed at the rate of 1 point per dollar spent on products before shipping and taxes are added.
- Any credits to your account for product purchases may result in in a reduction of rewards point at the sole discretion of Memorys By Design.
- The points are added to your account for redemption at the end of each month once for every order delivered during that month as validated by the Memorys By Design customer service team.
Redeeming Rewards:
Customers can check the balance of rewards points earned by logging into their Memorys By Design Customer Account. Once the point balance reaches 100 points customers will be eligble for an additional 5% discount off our already low prices of your next order regardless of the value of the order. Rewards points do not expire, so the more you buy, the more you save!
Conditions of Use:
- Rewards points are only available to Memorys By Design registered store customers.
- Points can only be collected and used with valid Memorys By Designs purchases and are validated by our Memorys By Designs customer service team monthly.
- Points are non-refundable and can not be transfered between customer accounts under any circumstances.
- Points will not be refunded for any changes in orders including cancellations.
- Points are earned on the total of product purchases, shipping fees and taxes are not included in point calculation.
